Set in 6 acres of beautiful grounds with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and of the historical Woodchurch Windmill.

An ideal base for sight-seeing, country walks and bicycle routes.

Centrally located, 45 minute drive to Royal Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, & Canterbury,

  30 minute drive to the Medieval town of Rye and the beach at Camber Sands.

The Channel Tunnel link to France is 45 mins drive or the Port of Dover a 1 hour drive.

For eats and drinks there is a foot-path by the windmill which takes you to the village

where you will find two pubs of which both we recommend.
